By creating an account or otherwise using MyDramaChannel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms as the platform evolves, and will update the "Last Updated" date above whenever we do.

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use MyDramaChannel. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

MyDramaChannel is an entertainment discovery platform for dramas, movies, short dramas, actors, news, and related content, including features such as ratings, reviews, and (as they are introduced) watchlists and community tools. Features described elsewhere on the site as planned or upcoming are not part of the current service until they are actually released.

To use certain features (such as posting a rating or review), you need to create an account with an email address, username, and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree to use MyDramaChannel respectfully and lawfully: no harassment of other users, no posting of illegal content, no impersonation, and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its data.

You may not scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content from the site outside of what our API is intended to provide; attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures; upload malicious code; or use automated means to create accounts or submit reviews, ratings, or contact-form messages.

When you post a review, rating, or other content on MyDramaChannel, you retain ownership of it. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce that content on the platform (for example, showing your review on the relevant drama or movie page).

Drama, movie, actor, and news information presented on MyDramaChannel is compiled, organized, and in many cases written or edited by us for the platform, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Titles, images, and trademarks belonging to studios, networks, and platforms remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification and informational purposes.

The site may link to external sources, including official streaming platforms and source pages referenced during content research. We don't control those external sites, don't endorse their content, and aren't responsible for what happens once you leave MyDramaChannel.

We work to keep drama, movie, actor, and news information accurate and up to date, but entertainment data (release dates, cast changes, episode counts) can and does change. We don't guarantee that every detail on the site is complete or error-free at all times.
